Here is a snapshot at our labor hour tracking program from the 2010 season. We had the guys fill out a form with each task listed on it, and each day the guys had to track how many hours they worked on various tasks. At the end of each week, we totaled the hours on a master sheet and produced a running total with each task showing the year-to-date labor hours. It was a lot of data entry, but it is certainly a nice data point to have at the end of the year!
